Punta Arena
Virgin sandy beaches with turquoise waters approximately 1 hour from the city of La Paz,
Few people and a lot of marine nature. There is an old lighthouse for reference, with a view of Cerralvo Island right in front.
The sea is transparent and crystalline, it looks perfect underwater, there are many fish and you can snorkel.
The arrival is along a dirt road. About 70km from La Paz.
Tecolote
One of the best beaches in the La Paz area. There is a bus from La Paz from the Malecón every hour, about 30 minutes north of the city.
With white sand and crystal clear waters, ideal for spending the day resting, hiking and snorkeling. There is a lot of marine life and reefs.
Ideal for camping and enjoying the stars with a campfire.
Sierra de la Laguna
One of the places that has the most unusual nature that can be found in the Baja California Sur peninsula. It's like finding a lost world, a habitat trapped in time. Where you will see a lot of vegetation and water surrounded by ancient tree species that are unique in the world.
Trapped at the top of this mountain range. With rivers of water that run and descend to oases at the foot of the mountains as well as icy and frosty mornings in winter.
It is perfect to live the best hiking adventure possible, physical and mental preparation is required to complete this challenge. It is highly recommended to hire a mule service to carry your equipment.
Los Encinitos
The perfect place to spend a picnic and camp. It is located on a stream where you can see running water and enjoy a picnic surrounded by oak trees.
At certain times of the year, a 4X4 car is required since it is dirt road. You can spend the day under the shade of a tree or go hiking, ideal for camping as well and enjoying the stars by the campfire.
It is located about 40 minutes from the city of La Paz.
